I’m excited to introduce Wallpaper Manager, a local-first desktop app for organizing and automatically rotating your wallpapers.

Instead of limiting you to one wallpaper provider, Wallpaper Manager lets you create collections from local folders, RSS and Atom feeds, and other sources. You can combine collections into custom pools, mark images as favorites, choose their playback order, and control how frequently your background changes.
The app currently supports Windows features including:
- Automatic wallpaper rotation
- Local albums and remote image feeds
- Favorites and combined collection pools
- Fill, fit, stretch, tile, center, and span modes
- Light and dark themes with customizable accent colors
- System tray controls and launch-at-startup support
- Persistent libraries and settings across restarts
Wallpaper Manager is built with Flutter and designed to eventually support Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. The project is still evolving, and more integrations, scheduling controls, and platform support are planned.
